The story of a man, Doctor David Henry, who makes a big decision on the night of the birth of his first children, twins, that alters his family's future. When he helps deliver the twins with the help of his colleague Caroline Gill, they discover that one baby is born with Down Syndrome. His decision is to tell his wife Norah that the baby was born dead.
